TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Wedding Crafts Academy is the trading name of Ivana Mearns. All courses are taught in English and fall within the British jurisdiction. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to uphold the law where the Wedding Crafts Academy operates (UK) as well as your national and regional law and regulations.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
By purchasing any of our online training course, or by signing up for a free course, or purchasing any of our products, you agree that you accept all our terms and conditions.
All training materials and website content are protected by copyright of respective owners and cannot be copied from our website, to be distributed or re-sold without the explicit permission given directly to you by the Wedding Crafts Academy, in writing. The copyright of certain parts of our website content is registered with the UK Copyright Service, registration no. 284730656

We reserve the right to accept or decline any enrolment application, without stating any reasons. The enrolment process is not finalised until you receive a welcome e-mail from your tutor, confirming successful enrolment. A confirmation of payment does not guarantee your space on the course. In the very unlikely case of the cancellation of your order, the course fee will be refunded in full.
All students need to be over 18 years old. If you would like to purchase a course but are not 18 years old, please contact the Wedding Crafts Academy by e-mail of by phone, stating which country you are based in.
Payment Acceptance and Cool-off Period:

Payment is required in full to access course materials.
We are currently not registered for VAT.
All course fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. You are entitled to a cool-off period of fourteen working days after making a payment during which you can cancel your payment. To cancel your order within the cool-off period, contact the academy on 07938 236 497 or via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Confirmation of Order Cancellation will be sent via e-mail.
The first fourteen days of our paid courses is called a Discovery Phase. During this phase, you will have access to a welcome video and module one. This will give you the chance to explore the course and its format. You can still request a refund during the Discovery Phase, by e-mailing us at email@example.com
Course duration is stated within the course description. Course extensions are provided at the discretion of the Wedding Crafts Academy.

We strive to produce study materials in high quality but cannot guarantee that all study materials as 100% error free. We cannot be held liable for any errors or spelling mistakes. The Wedding Crafts Academy does not provide any legal or financial advice. All tutorials are reviewed by the director but not by a qualified lawyer or an accountant / auditor. It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure that their business is compliant with their local, national and international laws and regulations.
Course materials can be accessed via your online student area and can be also downloaded to your computer. Once you pay for the course, you have the right to save the course materials to your personal devices and use them as a lifelong resource. You do not have the right to share any course materials with others, all study materials, including videos, PDF files or images are for your personal use only.
Access to Online Student Area:
The online student area is protected by a username and a password. You will be able to create a username and password during the registration process. We reserve the right to monitor IP addresses and might suspend an account if accessed by different users at the same time / accessed from too many devices in many different geographic areas.
All questions need to be relevant to the course materials. You can e-mail any question to firstname.lastname@example.org, or directly to your tutor. Tutors endeavor to answer all e-mails within 48 hour but we retain the right to extend this period. You will be notified by e-mail if your tutor takes short holiday or is unwell.
Assignments can consist or multiple question tests, short essays that demonstrate your knowledge of the course materials and/or submitting photos of handcrafted items.
Each assignment will be reviewed within ten working days.
Diploma / Certificates:
A Printable Certificate will be e-mailed to you after the successful completion of the course.
Cancellation by us:
We reserve the right to cancel any of our courses due to circumstanced beyond our control. In the unlikely event of your course being cancelled, we will refund the enrolment fee but we can not be held liable for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of enrolling onto the course, such as the cost of materials purchased.
Discounts and Special Offers:
Discount codes and special offers need to be redeemed at the time of making payment. We reserve the right to amend course prices without prior notice. This will not affect students who already paid for their course.
Antisocial Behaviour Policy
You agree that you will not discriminate other students on personal level or on their social, ethnic or religious status. You agree not to intimidate any students in discussion forums or on social media and will engage in discussions with a positive, constructive attitude.
Breach of our antisocial behaviour policy can result in instant removal from the training course, without a refund.
We acknowledge that our blog posts and guest blog might not be 100% free of errors. All website content is for general information and inspiration only. We cannot be held liable for any errors on our website or within course materials.
Our website might be unavailable for short periods of time for maintenance purposes. We cannot be held responsible for any faults caused by our hosting provider or any other software providers.
Our website contains guest posts. Publishing a guest post or linking to an external website does not mean that we officially endorse the company or their products. Guests bloggers have the right to ask for their guest blog post to be removed from our website, without stating any reason.
